But with only four dungeons to gain hearts from, the more efficient way to receive hearts and stamina is by completing Shrine puzzles. Once they are defeated, you’ll be gifted a heart container. What I did was get my 13 hearts for the master. Heart containers can be gained by defeating Dungeon Bosses during the main Breath of the Wild story. I have 30 hearts whenever I need them and i can keep working on building my stamina wheel. I got to 14 hearts and havent touched heart containers since I found out about the Hearty Durians. Heart restoration items are by far some of the most important recipes in Breath of the Wild. That leaves 3 more upgrades that can be used for stamina. ![]() This is a work in process, help is much appreciated Yellow hearts won’t add up once you reach max heart containers. The game begins with 3 (I think) containers so 27 upgrades gets you to 30 heart containers.
